The staff is friendly enough if on the buying side of the case...and who wouldn't be friendly with extreme prices like these guys. A good example is when silver hit about $20 A onuce in 2008 this place wanted $5 for a cull silver quarter. Also selling will be a really horrible experience. If you sell to these people you have been ripped off. One of my closest friends that was mearly interested in the value of a coin and the possible sale of it went in to see what they would give for a morgan dollar. The guy says I'll give you $5 bucks for it and my friend said no and the guy pointed to a sign on the wall that said $25 appraisal fee for any coins given a value needless to say my friend gave him the finger and walked out. This is very dissapointing that someone that may have turned into a collector was bashed and tried to be ripped off in this manner. Oh yeah the morgan I sold it on ebay for him @$45 dollars.
