The staff and front desk ladies are wonderful! However, Dr. Garison is a different story. Dr. Garison is not my doctor but he is my grandmother's. Doctors like him are the reason there is a prescription drug problem. There is not a single reason on God's green earth that my grandmother should still be on Percocet. He's been giving to her for 12 years! 12 YEARS! And have voiced my concerns multiple times and all he does is ask her if she thinks she still needs it. Of course she's going to say yes! She's an addict. He's out of date and out of touch with current medicine. He needs to retire.

His office is thorough now that his staff is changed and his practice is expanding. Nurses and staff are awesome. Normally there is no long wait time. My daughter and myself both go there. And I would recommend them highly. They are hard working personable people. I am critical with doctors and caregivers due to my past experience as a nurse. So for me to write a review like this is a blessing. Dr. Tran that's fairly new in the office is awesome.

I have tried to get a simple referral and they have botched it horribly twice in a row. Not only is this annoying but it is also putting more and more time between me and the appointment I am trying to get with a specialist! If they mess it up a third time I will change my primary care manager just to be able to find someone who will listen ... Since its the reason they keep referring me for reasons that have nothing to do with me! When they do that I have to wait for everything to be fixed and resubmitted to my insurance and then try to schedule my appointment AGAIN. Either way I will be changing PCMs after this referral is made. If I were looking for good patient care, a doctor who will listen, correct medical paperwork or timeliness... I would look elsewhere.
