Dentist cut my mouth while doing a filling, when i came back because it was bruised and painful he acted like I was overreacting, very disrespectful, didn't wanna answer my questions and left the room without an explanation, the clinic gave me opportunity to see another dentist but he also treated me like I was lying about the other dentist cutting my mouth, saying I probably just bit myself. Curiously there was an assistant with the first dentist who saw what he did, but of course the clinic treated me like I was lying. Can I trust the clinic after that? Obviously no.

Even though I liked the work the dentist did, I give it only one star. If you could I would have put 0. There is complete miscommunication between Dental Works and Collection agency. Without telling me that I had to pay some balance they sent my information to the collection agency while my insurance payment were pending. I received a prcollection letter, talked to the corporate office, they said they didn't know why my information got there. I paid off my balance (25$) and few weeks later received a statement from Dental Works saying that I have 0 balance. I thought that everything was figured. But now, only few days later I receive another precolelction letter reinforcing me to pay a balance of 20$. I contacted the Morganton Rd office but the associate wasn't very helpful. She said she would contact the main office and call me back shortly but she never did. I had to call myself again and ask her if she found out anything. She said that the main office did not know either why the collection agency sent me another letter even though my insurance payments were still pending. I'm still trying to resolve this situation and so afraid that I might receive another collection agency letter which is going to affect my credit history I was working on so hard. My advice, you don't want to screw your credit DO NOT GO TO DENTAL WORKS!!!

Was not a fan of this dentistry... Your seen by 6 different people all telling you you need this, you need that, when you really don't. Watch out... with them they absolutely have no general concerns for the overall health of your teeth/mouth/whatever. Money hungry fools here.. Be careful

The office is very nice, but I believe that the dentist lied to me in order to convince me to buy services.I came in for a regular cleaning, and I came here as I was new in town. The office is very nice, and the staff extremely friendly. However, I was shocked when the dentist told me that I needed 12 fillings or caps, including some which would require sanding down my teeth nearly to the gum to replace them. I was surprised because I had never had a cavity of any sort (I'm 26).I got a second opinion from another dentist. He confirmed that my teeth showed no signs of decay. How Dental Works decided to recommend 12 fillings that another dentist confirmed were unneeded, I am not sure. He must have known that was not the case when he told me.It is a wonderful office for a cleaning, but get a second opinion if they come up to you at the end with an iPad to show you the procedures they want you to come back (and pay) for. You might end up with a lot of false teeth and a light wallet if you take them at their word.

Very disappointed w/ work that was performed on my daughter that they knew was not covered by my insurance and so after paying a hefty copay for two fillings, I was billed another almost $200. The girl admitted that they knew the fillings weren't covered but the Dr. does not do silver fillings. So instead of informing me of this before the work was done, they chose to do it anyway billing me later. I explained that I should have been told upfront and that as a mother of 5, I can't afford a total of almost $400 for two fillings! She agreed to split the $186 bill with me, leaving me with $90. I asked for a new bill stating that amount as verification of our agreement and was told my account would be updated and a bill would be mailed. Today I get a notice that the bill was submitted in the full amount by collections to my credit report! When I called the agency, the lady informed "Dentalworks screwed me" because now the amount we agreed on is void. I will now be seeking legal counsel.

dear ladies and gent please be carefull with this business, if you have or get a really bad infection in mouth by them. and you continually go back to get the problem fix , spending money ,you trying save, then they send you to another doctor to tell you, you have a very bad infection in your mouth that went into your body real bad, as a result of a hole in your gums, and that doctor gives you very strange medication to get the infection out of your body. im not down grading it, but im hurt by it !

After visiting many dentist I found Dental Works to be exceptional with the service and products in caring for my dental needs. Very caring staff that takes their time explaining procedures and answering my questions. Pricing was less than any local dentist in my area and they also offer many payment options. If you have a dental emergency they are there for you and appointments are made within days not weeks. Dental Works is my new dentist!

I just wanted to take time out of my day to say what a wonderful experience I had today at your Fayetteville,NC office. Dr. Roman, Katie, and Ms. Beth were the nicest people I have ever met. There was also another young lady, and I am sorry to say that I cannot remember her name but she took my x-rays. Katie took the time to tell me everything that she had done and needed to do, Dr. Roman came in and was so down to earth, and answered all my questions. Ms. Beth who is the office manager, took the time to explain all my payment options and figure out what worked best for me. Even though I am going to spend 5,000 + dollars, it is so worth it to have such a great team of professionals taking care of me. I truly appreciate it. I was at a point where I hated going to the dentist to be criticized and lectured about my teeth, this group of people has totally changed my opinion of dentists, I will be going back and I actually look forward to it. I look forward to my bright gorgeous smile. Thanks again for such wonderful people!!!!!

My wife and I are both patients of Dr. Roman. His care and consideration for both of us is exceptional. The staff is both professional and fun. Our experience with DentalWorks was great and we will continue to get our dental care from them.

Dental Works really raises the bar for dental care. As a patient, I feel like I got a red carpet experience and received top notch service. Everyone in the office is really helpful and Dr. Roman really took his time to explain my treatment plan to me. I've recommended this office to several friends, and they all shared a similar excitement (note: Excitement about going to the denist, I mean, really, when was the last time that happened to you?!)
