Probably the worst place you could go to. No one returns calls or answers the emails in the patient portal. Went here one time just for a yearly check up and prescription refill. My refill took about 2 months to get. They used the wrong diagnosis code for a lab service (my insurance said this) so I was stuck with a large bill. I called about once a week for 4 months to get it corrected and no one fixed anything. If you can go elsewhere I would recommend it. By far the worst experience I've had with a medical facility.

Dr Grant is rude, mean and thus unprofessional. She has a bunch of incompetent front desk workers that are extremely impolite and radiate the fact that they don't like their job, representing her office. They pass out your information to 3rd parties WITHOUT your consent, instead,they have you sign the consent forms AFTER they disclose your info, just to protect their behinds. Again, unprofessional. If you're like me and ask questions about procedures and YOUR health, then expect nothing more than eye rolling. it's sad that women go there in hopes of getting genuine care during pregnancy and really the dr doesn't give a crap about building a strong bond with the woman whom CHOOSES Dr Grant to deliver her child. But if you really want an informed decision, Google her name, and THEN decide whether or not you want to take a pregnancy to their office. Same with her associate, Dawn Barnes, a simple Hi is just too much to ask from her, it's so sad. These are NOT the people you want to deal with while being pregnant.

Ms.Barnes and Dr.Grant are the best in the field for Women's healthcare and I have seen quite a few doctors. Everyone in the office staff are very friendly. I am so glad I went they found out some things I didn't know about with my health and if not for them there is no telling what my outcome may have been. I only came for bio-identical hormones, but since I hadn't had a yearly in quiet some time Dawn insisted I have all this up to date first and I am so glad she was persistant because they found a cyst as big as a grapefruit on my right ovary. Thanks for being such great Doctors.

Dawn is amazing. Her staff? Not so much. It's a mixture of hostile work environment and unprofessionalism mainly on the part of the medical assistant and front desk receptionist. They could use more training on office etiquette. I sensed way too much attitude if I had a question or concern. I took my care elsewhere! I recommend you do the same, too.

Very clean. The staff and Dr. Garrett was wonderful. My first visit and I was so pleased. Dr Garrett is very concerned and caring.

Friday afternoon I call with an urgent problem. I am flying out to meet my husband who is coming back from Afghanistan , I discover I have some sort of infection. More likely than not it is Yeast. Oh boy just what I need huh? I am desparate at this point. The receptionist or whoever it was that answered my call was so helpful. She told me they had all left for the weekend but she would be more than happy to help since I am already a patient there. Glory be, she is going to have someone call in a RX for Diflucan for me. Maybe this mini 2nd honeymoon will be "fun" after all. Thank you all so very much for saving our vacay.

I've been to this office numerous times, and each time the staff is friendly and helpful. Dawn Barnes, WHNP is so great and Dr Grant is nice too. I believe they know what they are doing, and it shows.

She is a sorry so call woman, that don't belong in the medical field, helping no one because shes not close with her family she don't even like children. She is also too high minded and simple-minded with no common sense because u gotta be stupid.
