Elite Care Service Inc. (ECS) is dedicated to enriching lives. We provide: recovery-oriented residential-based community-based mental health substance abuse treatment and prevention services. We also offer a variety of programs for people with mental retardation and developmental disabilities. Established in 2007 Elite Care Service Inc. strives to help individuals lead fulfilling, healthy and successful lives in their community. We serve children, adolescents, adults, and families, throughout Eastern North Carolina. Our staff includes: case managers counselors clinicians therapists crisis specialists nurses qualified professionals board-certified psychiatrist All of our employees are trained to meet the unique needs of people with more than one diagnosis (such as mental illness and addiction).
