I just got tricare and this was the place I had to go. I waited for 2 hours before I finally asked what was going on. When I went out the doctor was just talking to one of the nurses instead of caring that I was waiting. No one explained how referrals work or anything else. It was almost as though I had to ask them to do their job. I was told I would get a phone call referring me to a chiropractor. Shocker, never got one. I called and no one answered so I tried to leave a message, and couldn't because the voicemail was full. An absolute joke.
