Last month my husband and I got our pictures taken September 18th at the Army Ball by Five Star Entertainment. We paid an extra fee to have our photos shipped to our apartment; they said it would take up to 2-3 weeks to receive our pictures. It's been 4 weeks and still no sign of our pictures. I had called a week ago to see when they would be coming in and they said they should be coming in soon; I called yesterday asking where they were and the woman on the phone replied very happily, "Ohh, I'm filling envelopes right now!" Are you serious?! I will not be doing business with them again.
