GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

I recently registered at several locations in Fayetteville for my upcoming baby shower. Most places made the process very impersonal, however my experience with the Tiny Town family store was just the opposite. The clerks were extremely helpful and experience. They even set up a seperate crib with all the items I chose for display to make it very easy for family and friends to go straight to one area to shop for my items. This area, specifically designed for me, was beautiful and convenient for everyone! Thanks to everyone at Tiny Town for making my first baby shower experience perfect and personal. You have earned a long time customer!

Wonderful Place to Shop!

I recently visited this store and had the most wonderful experience. The employees, and owner were wonderful and helped me find clothes for my two grandchildren. They were able to help me find the sizes and styles I was looking for, plus the prices are in line for what they sale. IF you are looking for the boutique style clothing, this is the place. Large selection in the south. Tiny Town also has an excellent selection of childrens shoes as well. The employees were very helpful and customer service was outstanding. The owner was very helpful regarding the sizes for my grandbabies and she ma me feel very welcomed.. My daughter loved the clothes and they fit her children perfectly. I would recommend this store for eveyone...Had a wonderful experience. I will be back and this time will take a friend....

Worst Customer Service

Worst Customer Service ever! I am a mom of two children. My son is 3 and my daughter is 15months. Being from Fayetteville I have visited Tiny Town many times over the years. Even when I was a little girl and I was shopping for my younger brother. I have bought many items from there but I will NEVER return. and before I give you in detail why I wont return let me say that I am 24yrs old and I do look young. Not that it should matter! I recently went there to look for some replacement pieces to my kids Thomas the train track because our dog had chewed a few pieces. When I am looking around at all they have to offer the owner asks if she can help. I told her no thanks I knew what I needed. She never left my side. I didn t put my youngest child down and my son was by my side. I couldn t find the single pieces so I was going to see if I could find a track to just use the pieces I needed. So I m reading all the parts of the back from a few tracks they have. My son asked if he could play with the track that they have for kids to play with and I told him yes. The owner still breathing down my neck! asked me again what I was looking for. So she would leave me a lone I showed her my list of what I was looking for. My son came up to me and said he wanted the volcano for his track. I told him it wouldn t fit on his track. The owner says to me they all will fit. if it doesn t fit you dont have a thomas track I explained to her that he does have a thomas track his table is just full from all the track that he already has. She then asked me where I purchased my track. I said to her that I had gotten it off of craigslist. She rolled her eyes and said it s probably not Thomas the train then Once again I explained to her that it is. She asked if I saw the piece I was looking for on her display track. I said no I did not. Once again she told me I did not have thomas the train. By this point I m very frustrated and I said I do have Thomas the Train and she just didn t have what I needed. I put down the track that I had in my hand that I was going to buy and she said she wanted to show me something. She went and go the thomas the train yearbook of all the tracks. and told me to go through and see if I could find the piece I needed and if it wasn t in there I did not have a thomas the train track. I m standing by my child at the table (still holding my youngest) and I m flipping through the pages. I hear my son say look mommy this opens and before I could say anything the owner snatches the toy out of my three year olds hand. and yells at him that is not a toy for you to play with There were other kids there when we arrived and i m sure kids have been there throughout the day. Someone had moved a display dollhouse piece and my son had picked it up out of the toy train container. I found the piece in her thomas the train yearbook. She just didn t have it in store. Once she saw that i really did have a thomas the train track she walked away and sat in a chair. I went over to the counter and asked the worker if that was the owner. She said yes and it had been a rough morning (I guess she could tell that I was frustrated or maybe she saw what happened) I dont know but either way you dont treat people or children that way. When we left my son said to me mommy that lady was not nice she snatched that toy from me Now if a 3year old knows better an adult should.

very pleased!

Stumbled upon this gem while looking for quality babyroom furniture. I was pleasantly surprised of the quality and selection they carried and also the customer service I recieved from each of the staff there. Their prices were fair and they went above and beyond for me. I would strongly reccomend this business to anyone in the market for baby and kid stuff for all ages. Offered free shipping and assembly. A very big convenience!thanks Tiny Town, you will see me again!
