We had car issues with warranty coverage, their service department was amazing! They handled everything and were informative, very polite, they updated us regularly, and helped us with a loaner in the meantime. I would recommend them to everyone and plan to do business with them again in the future. Thank you!!

My daughter talked to Cecilia, a sales person, at Fayetteville Nissan, and made arrangements to test drive and hopefully purchase a Nissan Rouge today. My daughter lives 2 hrs from the dealership, and had told Cecilia, she would take a 1/2 day off work, to see this car they had on line. Cecilia assured her, she would have the car pulled in front of the dealership, waiting for her test drive. When we got to the dealership at 3:00, the agreed time of meeting, we were told that they sold the car 1/2 hour prior to our arriving. We couldn't believe it. Cecilia then brought out a gentleman, Winnifred, who we were told was the manager., came outside apologizing. We were very upset, since we had drivin 2 hrs to the dealership and no one had even try to call us to let us know the car had been sold. Then, showed my daughter another Nissan Rouge, in a different color and did not have as many options as the car she had come to see. They also appraised her car at 1/2 the amount....that Car Max had already offered my daughter for her car... After driving 2 hours and taking 1/2 day off work, ....and no phone call to let us know they sold the car....I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. This is totally unacceptable and warn anyone about doing business with this dealership.
