Hi I can honestly say you will receive full satisfaction and the best customer service you have ever received. I have never been unhappy with my service for over 20 years. Come and experience what you deserve ladies and gentlemen.

I went there in March for Kinky Twists, and 3 days later I had to take them out because my head hurt so bad and they were slipping out in the back. Once the twists were out of my hair, I saw that I had a huge bald spot in the back of my head and along the sides of my head. I went back to Hadja, asking for part of my money back because of their poor service, and she refused. I wasn't asking her for the whole thing, because I understand that they performed a service, but I felt that I should have been compensated for the damage that they caused. She was very nasty to me, and I informed her that I would be speaking to the Better Business Bureau and the City of Fayetteville regarding her business practices. DON'T GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR HAIR!!! They also tried to take advantage of the fact I had never had any kind of braids or twists before. She told me that the twists would be $150 when they got started, but by the end it was $220. And to top all of that off, her "shop" (aka the porch) was filthy! I thought maybe it looked that way when I went because it was busy, but when I went there again to discuss getting my money back, no one was there and it was just as nasty. Hadja is a con-artist!!!! BEWARE!!!!
