Run Forest Run! RUN AWAY! Run as fast as you possible can! Went to Billy Hall for a paint job on a 1968 Mustang I was restoring for my son serving in Afgahnistan. Billy lured me in with kindness and a positive "can do" attitude. Gave me a quote after looking at the car so I paid him half up front. 2 months into the paint job he tells me that he is going to need "more money" because there was more rust than he first thought when he gave me the quote.Since he already had the car I paid him with his assurance that the paint job would be perfect when he finished. When I finally picked the car up it was louded with flaws and imperfections. When I asked him what he was going to do about them he told he was finished but, he could fix all the flaws but it would cost me "more money". For the $2000 that I paid him....he was done. I took me car that day and have made a point to tell anyone looking for any type of paint job, where NOT to go.
