I have been taking my Shihtzu-Pekingese puppy Maggie for about a year now and have always been very happy with experience and customer service. The staff is always friendly and have in the past called me for decisions on how they should proceed in regards to Maggie's knots on her hair. I appreciate the courtesy calls. I've been bringing my shetland Sheppard here since just after they opened. My dog was a rescue who had been badly abused and would flinch if someone toucher her head. The groomer she tried before happy trails became annoyed with her. But after even the first bath my pup seemed to like the ladys who took care of her.now when I take her to get groomed she will actually run to the door of the shop.

Simply the best people I could hope for.they take great care of my pup and she always looks amazing. Plus the different treatments work miracles on her dry skin and shading.

I've been taking my Min. Schnauzer to Happy Tail since they have opened, and since then I have never set foot in another pet groom place! They do such an excellent job. My dog always looks incredible whenever I take him. He also smells good for days! I love the fact that they always want the dog to be healthy and happy, along with being clean, and looking nice. I've never had a problem with their services, and the staff have always asked me if they like the service and for suggestions as to how they could improve their service. I've recommended a lot of my neighbors and friends because they always make sure the job is done right!

We have been sending our dogs to Happy Tail since they have opened in 2007 and have always been very pleased with the service. Staff is friendly, do a wonderful job, and they always want to make sure that we are happy with the cut/grooming, and offer reasonable prices. Also our pets are not at the groomers ALL day, most trips to the groomers take only a few hours (2-3 at most). Would not send our pets anywhere else.

I was a client of Happy Tail pet grooming for over 2 years, then I took my 2 toy poodles to get groomed one day and was called 3 hours later and asked if i wanted to take my 7 pound baby to the vet or did i want them to take him. I promptly went and got both dogs and was horrified to find a 2 inch cut on the leg of one of them, he had also been partially sheared like a sheep and the other dog had not been touched but had sat in a kennel for 3 hours beside the drying kennel and his fur was hot to the touch. When I got the vet bill back from Highland animal hospital and presented it to the owner he said he didn't think it was fair he pay the whole bill, since his business had been slow and my dog was wiggling.
