My wife bought me a necklace for Christmas(2011) and we had to take it back to get a different size and to have the necklace oxidized. We went to the store and the owner assisted us with the necklace. She was going to place an order for a new necklace and to have it oxidized. She told us that she would call us 2 days from that day and of course no phone call. So after 6 days I called and what do you know, the lady that answered said that the owner didn't do what she said and that she didn't know what she was doing. I do not recommend this store to anyone! They are sorry and the worst customer service I have ever dealt with for jewelry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry store!!!!! Do not buy anything from them as the ower itself speaks the volume of the place. Even the owner doesn't know how to run the store!
