I paid $50 for a consult and was told it would be applied to my plan. The consult was very uneducated and only lasted about 15 mins. I felt like it was all about the money. Super disappointing as I was really hopeful for this appointment. I was advised over the phone I could pay for the plan weekly to keep it affordable only to arrive and be told I had to pay the entire month up front and if I did not sign up that day I forfeited my $50 deposit. I paid $50 to talk to someone for 15 mins that had no idea about the program or weight loss in general. She was very snotty and had a better than you type attitude. Super disappointed. I literally cried after I left. For someone like me who has struggled with weight and thought I found the light, this was hard to swallow.
