We usually love Joe’s Crab Shack but this will be the last time here. My husband ordered sirloin steak and there were out of all vegetables for the sides. I don’t know how you can be completely out of vegetables on a Sunday around 3 pm on the first of the month specially in a military city. The manager Brian Early never I came to the table to apologize or check on us. The management here needs to learn customer service.

Steampots and jumbo crab very good Bar drink made was excellent.shark bite was yummy. Great drink after a long day)

Went here several times because we like the food and keep thinking the service is going to get better. It only seems to get worse. Staff is rude and spend most of their time talking with each other. Once watched my beer sit at the bar for over 10 min before the waitress brought it to me, by then it was warm. Should have just gotten it myself. Forgot our appetizer twice! Actually brought it to us one time after we received our food. Told her I didn't want it anymore and wasn't going to pay for it. She actually got the manager as if I was being difficult and we didn't even touch it. I'll go to another city for Joe's Crab Shack from now on.

Every year my daughter requests to go here for her birthday meal. Every year we have the same issues. On February 18th since 2004 we have gone here. Starting out they were an amazing establishment. Hence us going back year after year. However the past two years you can see the horrific decline in service. I started by calling at 10am to make a reservation. The hostess informed me they do not do reservations but they DO call ahead seating an hour prior. So at 4:30 I called back. I was told by a second waitress that its first come first serve "that how we do" per batem.



We get in there and it took nearly 20 minutes just to get drinks. Then we ordered our appetizers. Half our table didnt get their appetizers, nearly bringing each person's out at 10 minute increments apart. The last person getting his about 30 minutes after placing his order.



Then during the hour wait for our main dinners we were brought another set of appetizers which we didnt order. The waiter said "Oops my bad sorrrrrrrry" and left. We then sat around and had to flag down waiters for our refills. We had to ask REPEATEDLY THROUGHOUT DINNER! Finally the food came, it was good food dont get me wrong but now it seems the staff is too focused on dancing around to serve the customers.



THEN to top it off they tacked on a $20 gratuity to a party of 4 check! We refused to pay the gratuity and just paid the bill and left. Save yourself the frustrations and dont go here!
