I visited the office for the first time in two years yesterday. It was as if I had entered a completely different environment. The front office staff were friendly and professional. The entire facility has had a lovely face lift and was very clean. And the clinical staff were just as friendly as Dr. Jones himself has always been. Yes, the bathroom is still small. But I will gladly tolerate it to have a doctor and staff that I actually look forward to seeing!

Really shocked at their lack of follow-through. I recently had diagnostics done and no one called back for results. I contacted their offices twice and was told the doctor would give me a call back and needless to say, that never happened. Very poor job.

Agree with review below; except for the fact I really like Dr. Jones. However, his front desk staff is TERRIBLE. The all act like they hate their jobs and whenever I go in there, you can tell they could care less. They discuss your personal information out in the waiting room, they are very insesitive to your needs, and overall just hateful people. If I treated people like that I would be out of a job! I don't know what is in their water there, but their front desk staff has always been hateful for many, many years, dating back to late '80s. Fix it Dr. Jones, or you will continue to loose loyal patients time after time, such as myself!

I've been with Dr. Jones for almost 10 years, and my appointment today was very disappointing. I tried to talk to Dr. Jones himself about my not being happy that some other doctor came into my examining room, because I always saw him. He told me that I had to request him, and I told him that in fact, I had requested to see him, which is what I do every time. the new doctor changed my medication and refused to give me another that i always got and instead of standing up for me, he told me to leave because I was starting to tick him off! Very unprofessional. He told me that he couldn't see me today because he was busy with someone else, but he was sitting outside the examining room on the computer. I left in tears. He told me to find another doctor. So, I'm doing just that.

I LOVE my OB. But his front office staff are EXTREMELY RUDE, act as if you are ALWAYS wasting their time. They are ignorant and immature. His nurses, ultrasound tech, labtechs, and VCOM student are great.

BEWARE!!! Horrible office service. The receptionist is very rude, like you are always wasting her time. Doctors never answer questions directly and you will never be seen on time. Expect to wait at least and hour before seeing the doctor and that is on a good day. I has such a bad experience I had to change doctors in the middle of my pregnancy.

I was really scared and nervous about my daughter because the doctor I saw before I was referred ignored everything - including my blood count at 8. (And dropped to 6 at delivery) After meeting Dr Jones you instantly feel his friendly and caring vibe and he is always smiling. I felt totally comfortable with him and feel so blessed to have him deliver my daughter. He listens to what you have to say and gives the best care. Also, he promised he'd be there and guess what? he was! The only doctor out of 5 pregnancies that was actually there for the birth and not just whose on call.

I have had quite a few visits wth Dr. Jones and the facility smells horrible, inside the rooms r sme type of collected feces just sitting on the countr top it lks horrible..the urine collections r kept out where everyone can see and when u walk in the bck office it stinks sooo bad! Dr. Jones very rarely has an attending nurse inside the rm wth him when he is touching u or lifting ur clothes...he doesnt ask permission to touch u o disclose what he is about to do, he just starts to do whatever on u...its crazy..he also needs a new facility, this one is sooo tiny..the bathroom is horrible and smells lke hell! i make an excuse so i dont hve to give urine..he also gave me a shot of steroids to soften a scar revsion area and he kept sticking me qth he same needle and it was so darn dull! my goodness..i can go on and on..i hve decided to go elsewhere...i like dr jones as just smeone to speak to..he is not a bad guy but his office is very unsanitary and he is very unprofessional
