Unprofessional and a rip-off

Reposses a vehicle after 3 days behind in payment. Customer is a poor family and customer's baby died w/o insurance and had to pay from the pocket for funeral expenses within the same month. Kelly & Kelly promised to receive a $200 payment (the total payment due at that time) on a Friday, but went back on its word and repossed the vehicle on the Wednesday before the original agreement.
