Freddie Lane stole my entire insurance settlement check from a car accident-$25,000.00! His office kept telling me they had no new information, finally I got online and searched and found out that he had actually been DISBARRED by the state of NC for embezzlement and fraud! I had to file a claim with the NC Client Security Fund, they investigated and found where he had taken my check, and transferred the money to his personal accounts. Thankfully they approved my claim and I got my money back.



After being hit by a drunk driver, having my neck broken, and becoming permanently partially disabled at the age of 24 (with a brand new baby no less!) The last thing I expected was to be victimized all over again by the attorney that promised to help me!
