I have had to call this location a few times at the last minute due to my parents declined health over the last year and they were so kind and helpful to me. I wish every business expressed concern and care about their patients as well as this office in Fayetteville North Carolina on Ireland Drive does. Not every trip can be planned!
Super nice hardworking group of people!

Lincare came and set up for my grandmother to come visit from out of state. They were so helpful and made sure everything was in place for her to be able to visit! Great service!

They do well as long as everything is routine. They do poorly when faced with non-routine situations.





I rented a portable concentrator from them for about a year before turning the machine in for repair. Five weeks later, I called to get a status. The representative could not give a status but promised to have another employee call me. That never happened. I called several days later and still no one could give me a status.





I get the impression that they don't really care just so long as your insurance company pays them.
