Worst company ever. Came back to Fayetteville to our old home that was rented and the house was a mess. Food stains on the walls, cat urine and stains in a carpet we just replaced a year ago. Outside of house was run down and need painting. Bathroom trashed and half fixed hole in the ceiling. No phone calls or contact the whole time. DON'T USE THESE FOLKS.

Little and young as a company is OK. However, the front office receptionist, secretary, what ever she is, is very very unprofessional. It seems that everyday she is in a crappy mood, giving people an attitude over the phone ETC ETC. If she is tired of customer service work then she should get a job some place else. I understand there is an anger problem in Fayetteville but please....

All I can say is, “if you are thinking of buying a house anywhere near or with little & young” DON’T!!! Their staff is unprofessional crooks, which cheat the owners who pay their bills to make up for the ones who don’t. They do not take care of Soldiers and have no respect for our chaotic lives. They should be reported to the BBB as well as Fort Bragg Military Legal. They try to hide behind their own “laws” in order to harass and bully tenants/owners. MILITARY RUN!

The management company believes its okay to charge a $75 fee that is hidden from the public to transfer ownership of a home in one of the subdivisions they manage. In the words of Bill Little, owner of the company, "this fee is disclosed to any real estate agent who asks and to the closing attorney in advance." So you'll only find out about this fee if your agent asks or when you read your HUD statement. This is dishonesty at its finest. Neighborhoods should mobilize and vote out these crooks from their HOA neighborhoods.

This is the worse realty company I ever deal with. They are not pet friendly it all. So please do not get fooled. There HOA is even worse. They have nothing but old senior citizens on the board that are races to the bones. So if you are looking for a place please don't not buy or rent from this company you will regret it.

One star was being generous. Little and young is THE worse business of any sorts i have ever dealt with! If i knew it would be like this prior to purchasing my house I would've looked else where. If you get the chance to, don't do it. It will be a decision that you'll regret.

This company is horrible as property managers. They pick and choose what covenants to enforce. What I complained about that, I was then told that from the beginning of November to February, they are too busy to visit the properties. Do not rent from them and if they control your HOA, go somewhere else.

I am renting from Townsend realestate and they are superb no complaints at all. But I have to make my complaints through little and young because they oversee over Stewarts Creek. I wish I had read these complaints before I signed my lease. I stay in Building 6740 Willowbrook my building is actually quite and everyone minds their business. My complaint is on one tenant that lets her dog poop on the side walks, the stairs under the stairs everywhere and never cleans it up. I call at least once a week and they seem to never do anything but say "O we will fine her" apparently because she's the owner all they can do is fine her. But I have lived all over because I am military and the associations I know will force you to sell or get rid of the animal. I will never ever recommend anyone to stewarts creek its like living in the projects.

I have only been at Stewarts Creek Complex for 7 months and I already dread coming home. Little and Young Realtors is a huge disgrace! I will NEVER rent from these realtors again. If I could go back and NOT sign my lease, I would in a heartbeat. I have never met such ruthless, inconsiderate, irresponsible, and disrespectful property manager's in my entire life! I also have never met people who have such disregard for the Armed Forces and their families! They will be the first to point the blame at the renter and they never take responsibility for anything that is THEIR fault. If you ever have something wrong with your apartment, they will take WEEKS to get back in touch with you and once they do get back in touch with you, you're stuck with a massive bill from whatever was needing to be fixed and they REFUSE to comply whatsoever. (I was left with an $800.00 water bill due to a problem with my toilet. PWC respectfully lowered my bill by 30% and I was left with a $500.00 bill and mind you, my water bill has never been more than $43.00. The manager's of Little and Young REFUSED to comply with fixing my water bill and I was told it was MY fault. I find it to be absolutely unfair and I stand by my actions 100%. My intelligence was also belittled by me not knowing you could turn off the water to the toilet. When I spoke face-to-face with one of the manager's about this issue, all she did was make fun of me. She didn't even have enough respect to talk to me in her office! Instead, she yelled at me in front of PAYING RENTERS.) Little and Young's manager's cannot do their jobs and once you call them on the carpet for it, they blame you and everything turns into YOUR fault. I have never been spoken to so terribly before. Not only was my intelligence belittled, I was called a liar and told I was stupid. It does not matter how old you are when you're renting from these realtors because they will always have the audacity to speak to you as if you're a 5 year old. The only reason I am in this godforsaken apartment still is because my husband is an active duty soldier here at Ft. Bragg. After speaking with one of the manager's, I will never give them respect again because respect is not deserved within this realtor because they DO NOT KNOW WHAT RESPECT MEANS.



- Also, people leave trash everywhere! The dumpsters are ALWAYS overflowing and it's absolutely disgusting. People who have dogs never are respectful and clean up the dog poop! They leave it EVERYWHERE. I have called multiple times complaining and they still have yet to do something about it. I can't even walk outside without almost stepping in dog poop. Plus, the smell is horrific!



All Little and Young want is money and I'll be damned if they get another red cent out of me! I will write all the nasty reviews I can because it's the truth and I don't want people getting screwed like my husband and I have!
