Provided by YP.comI'm not sure where to even begin. It took an entire week for them to do a rhino lining on my truck and the same day literally every line was peeling. They also broke a tab on my bumper and luckily I caught it. I scheduled a day to bring it back to get it fixed two weeks later (so that they could actually do it that day rather than going without my truck for another week). No one "showed up" to do the rhino lining but they didn't call to let me know, I had to find out later in the day when I was supposed to pick it up.
The work done on my truck is terrible, they did more harm than good and I'm left with a shoddy job trying to figure out what to do. The customer service has been terrible as well. Not once has anyone apologized.
Please, please stay away.

Provided by YP.comMy bumper and quarter panel needed to be repaired. So, I started looking for a shop to repair my vehicle. I went to Maaco to get an estimate. LaTonya Smith gave me a reasonable price and said I would have a two year warranty. She gave me the advertised discount I told her about. LaTonya even went a little further and told me about another discount that I could receive. I did what she suggested and now my estimate is lower than I expected. Anyone that is looking for a reasonable price, I recommend that you check out LaTonya Smith at Maaco in Fayetteville, NC. Thanks LaTonya!

Provided by YP.comA Honest Review of the Fayetteville North Carolina Maaco!
*** 2004 Nissan Titan - Entire Vehicle Painted (Color Change/ Metallic Flake)
* Dents Dings Repaired
* Rock Chips Repaired
* Door Jambs Repaired
* Painted Aftermarket Body Panels I Installed
*** Once my truck was taken home and washed, I took several photographs to document it's transformation. I have emailed them to Maaco and should they decide to upload them, they will be viewable to all that visit their facebook page.
*** Total cost for my paint job was $ 1,251.00. I chose paint code 42154 / Metallic Flake. This was a Urethane Paint with Integrated Clear. If anyone were to ask me today whether or not I believed I got my money's worth, my answer would be absolutely. (Take note that I sanded nearly all original clear coat off my truck before I dropped it off. The clear coat was not damaged before I removed it).
The paint job I received produces a shine greater than the day I purchased my truck new. I have photographs of my truck to back this statement up. The dent and ding repair completed on my truck looks fantastic. There are no waves in their body work and the only way you would ever know there was any damage was if you were to view it in it's previous state.
They addressed the rock chips I showed them and you would never know they were there.
To be quite honest, I did not know what to expect of a paint job through Maaco(since you hear of so many mixed reviews). I asked several questions through email and in person about the entire process so that I could establish a realistic expectation for project completion. I was greeted with professionalism on each request (and I contacted them about once a day with questions for an entire week).
Maaco was either extremely busy or running behind when I dropped off my truck and this led to a delay in processing. BUT, once they started working on my truck, they maintained contact with me on a near daily basis and provided photographs of the entire process.
Overall the paint job I received from Maaco was outstanding. The metallic flake was flawless and provided depth in my paint job I did not expect. I would be lying if I did not mention that I found a few tiny issues with my paint job, however it should be noted that they are very minor in my humble opinion. It would appear that my door jambs were still a bit wet when my doors were closed and this led to a few issues (not noticed until I returned home). I located a small discolored area in one of my fenders and addressed it with the business before my departure. Management was apologetic and offered to correct it without question. I discussed a drop off time with the business and left content.
I believe this Maaco is capable of addressing any need you have and if you are seeking auto body work or a paint job, you should drop by and check them out. Ask as many questions as you need. Establish a realistic expectation of the job to be completed. If you pay for the minimum, you receive the minimum. Repairing a hundred rock dings and addressing the few dents you have requires time and money. If you spend the little extra, you will be much happier with the end result. Remember, a new paint job will expose all these issues.

Provided by YPmobileOverall I had a bad experience with them. The work I had done was good quality, however the customer service was horrible. I made an appointment to have my truck bed rhino lined on a Tuesday. I was going to be out of town for the week so I dropped the truck off on Monday and asked if I could return Friday morning to pick it up. I was told this would not be a problem. I returned on Friday morning to find my truck unfinished. They finally started working on my truck later that morning and then had an issue with the chemical that delayed its completion. Had they not procrastinated and done the job on time, this minor issue would not have been a problem. However, since they waited so long to start the job I had to wait yet another day to pick up my truck. It should not take an entire week to rhino line the bed of one truck, especially when the appointment was made more than a week in advance.

Provided by YP.comI had my car painted at Maaco and I absolutely love it , they went above and beyond to make sure that i was happy with the job that they did. I am constantly getting comments on my hot pink car whether it be at stores, at stoplights, going through drive through where ever im at my car is getting looks and cards from people who want to help make my "awesome color pop" with window tint rims ect... I get rave reviews from people in car clubs and people in customs shops who say maaco is horrible then I tell them thats where i got my car painted and they eat their words. Seriously if you see my car out and about walk over an give it a look i assure you everyone else does. A quick note if you want it done fast this is not the place to go they stay packed with jobs and what not and the wait is normally 10-15 buisness days which isnt bad but if you expect overnight service this is not the place to go, if you want quality at an affordable price with a bit of a wait Maaco is the place to go!

Provided by YP.comI was in need of a paint job, seriously! Being an single mother with limited funds I could not afford a custom job, overpriced quotes I had recived from Maaco's competitors. The team at maaco quoted what I called an unbelievable price so I called someone to pick me up from the shop at once. Less than 7 days later I was called to pick up my car. Once there at first I almost panicked because I did not see my car and I was told it was in the front waiting on me to pick it up. I did not recognize my car because it looked so great!!!!! The best part, I paid about 2000 less then any other shop had original quoted me!!!!! Thanks Maaco team! MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!!!

Provided by YP.comNever patronize this establishment. My car was ruined!! They can't even do the simple tapping process correctly. This is a task that a body shop should at least be proficient at!! Never ever go there. My car that I loved was beyond repair. It was absolutely ruined!!
First I would like to apologize for your experience and that you were not 100% satisified with your experience with Maaco. Please allow us the opportunity to make it right!!!! I do agree with your statement, masking is a task in which a paint shop should be capable of mastering. I can assure you that we are proficient in that area, althought we too are capable of making a few minor errors; we do strive for prefection!! In the event we do not succeed we do take pride in our services offered to the community as well as our warranty, which is honorable NATIONWIDE!!
