Mikoto Express is ran poorly. Yesterday myself, my mother and a friend went to grab a bite to eat. Got to the register and was rushed to order, mind you there was no business inside but a family already seated. After we placed our order my mother noticed that the cook was on the phone and once he got off he went straight to the fridge touching food that he was about to make! My mother told I guess the manager on shift that she did not want him making her food until he washed his hands (which is usually what you are SUPPOSED to do in food services). The manager went and said sarcastically that "the lady isn't going to eat the food unless you wash your hands" the man looks at us and grins. Then the waitress (if that's what you want to call her) had bit of a sarcastic attitude herself and thought it was funny to repeat the fact that my mother made a big deal about her wanting him to wash his hands. It's very disrespectful and unprofessional to witness such a catastrophe like that. My mother usually always eats there on Sunday's. Probably won't anymore and neither will I!
