Monster computers went above and beyond. They came to my home and fixed my computers. I am elderly and dragging multiple towers down two flights of stairs would have been both dangerous and impractical. I called numerous companies and everyone wanted me to bring my computers to the shop. Tiffany and her husband came to my home and did a superb job. Her husband was kind enough to take out some trash for me. I cannot say enough about this company. I am very impressed. My computers work great. They also took the time to explain and showed me which computers were expensive and which were disposable. Furthermore, they were reasonably priced.

Honest, thoughtful, dependable, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced!!!!

For anyone and everyone living in Fayetteville, NC, I wanna give a big shout out the Monster computer specialist on Yadkin Rd. I don't know about any of the negative comments given to Monster, but my experience with this shop has been nothing short of outstanding. Nothing comes close to doing business with a family owned and operated computer repair shop. They have treated me with the utmost respect and love like I'm one of their own...and they have the coolest Black Dragon in all of Fayetteville! So I highly recommend them for all your computer needs. Thank you Monster!!

The customer service at Monster Computers in fantastic! Not only were they knowledgeable but everyone there is so kind and helpful. I walked in with a computer that had been splashed pretty badly with water; it wasn't charging or turning on and the screen was going nuts. They took it all apart, looked everything over and got back to me quickly and were very honest, letting me know that they could replace everything I needed but it would cost more than to just replace it. When I went to pick it up, my debit card in hand, I was told they weren't charging me. Not only the best customer service for a computer shop but the best customer service in Fayetteville. I will never go anywhere else for computer issues and I will be telling everyone I know to go to Monster Computers!



Icing on the cake, I don't know if it is a miracle or their magic touch but i am typing this review on the very computer that was a lost cause just a couple of days ago! Thank you Monster Computers! Yall are awesome!

Garbage. Went in to get my Macbook fixed and was told that I will get a call back with the diagnosis within the next couple hours. I never got a phone call. I had to call them multiple times to ask them if my laptop was good to go or not. Finally got a call back from them late the next day advising me of the situation. I ended up deciding to not get it fixed here and went to pick it up about a week later and got it back with a piece of the Macbook chipped off. Had a little back and forth with the manager, who I want to point out is rude and unprofessional, on whether it was broken before I took it in or if it broke while it was getting checked out. Talked to the owner and he agreed to fix it. I get a call from a worker there posing as a Sergeant Myrick in the Army saying he needed to speak to my first line supervisor. I get them in contact and I was accused of taking my broken laptop into their shop to get it fixed and I refused to pick up MY Macbook nor pay for it? They had the audacity to go behind my back and lie to my face about our predicament. I live on the complete opposite side of Spring Lake and I work. I will pick it up when time permits. I am 100% sure it says I have 30 days from the day I dropped off my laptop. Has it been 30 days? Absolutely not. I already went in to pick it up once to find these people broke it. Accusing me of trying to rip them off is one thing, posing as an NCO in the Army stating that they have official NCO business to talk with my first line supervisor AND trying to make me look like a bad soldier is another. You guys are trash, horrible judgement and apparently, liars. Thanks for this experience, now I know to never take my laptop and my business there. I will pick up my Macbook tomorrow ASAP and let everyone I know of my experience here.

Monster computers went out of their way to help me with the mess I had going on with my computer. Before I even got in the door, they saw me awkwardly trying to carry my baby(in the carseat) and computer and cords and came out to help. They were very friendly and fixed all sorts of mess for me. If I have anymore problems in the future, I will go back to them :)

P.S. I gave them 4 stars, because this was my initial impression. I can't honestly give a 5 star review, because it takes time to build rapport. They are off to a good start though and I am glad my husband advised me to go there.

I loved my experience with monster computers. I am not the most organized person and brought them a mess but all the staff was extremely helpful, patient, and accommodating no to mention very friendly. I brought them parts to build a custom computer and they had it together in no time. They had a consult with me I told them what I wanted and they did it no problem. The woman who built my computer was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what was compatible and what wasn't especially since my computer was pretty complicated and involved alot of detail. She joked with me and said she hated my computer but not me lol.. But she put it together with a little help from the staff and it works beyond my expectations. .I will definitely be bringing my business to them from now on. Monster computers is by far the best computer service in the area a very laid back atmosphere and they treat you more like a friend then a customer. ....EJ Welch

My hard drive crashed on my laptop and they quickly fixed it and reloaded all the programs. They gave me options and recommendations on what to purchase. It was a really good experience and the price was not over the top. I really appreciate great customer service, quick turnaround and reasonable pricing...Keep up the great work and may your company have continued success.

Awesome service and work ethic. They're very helpful towards military, no-nonsense, they'll walk you through what the problem is, and hook you up with a good deal. Very recommended.

After calling many computer stores I finally found someone who really knew what they were talking about... Monster Computers! Very knowledgeable and friendly service. I was seeking help with Linux, and I am confident that they will fix just about any computer problem. Highly recommend stopping by!

I have gone to them many times and every time I have come out satisfied. Rob and his staff know their way around any computer problem you can think of. The customer service is always outstanding. They are very laid back and down to earth in there and talk to you like a human being not like another dollar or down to you like geek squad. I completely fried my comp and they got it fixed and upgraded and were able to save all my stuff from my old motherboard. For way less than other places were trying to charge me also. I go to them for all my computer needs and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Monster Computers does an excellent job on anything from virus removal, system restore and on the 2 toshiba laptops that I purchased from them for next to nothing! We got 2 Uber fast laptop computers for pennies on the dollar! These are the best laptops ive ever owned, and ive owned plenty, from sony vaio's, emachines, hp's and previous toshiba's. the 2 i purchased as refurbished are better than the ones i bought brand new. Not only that, the owner and employees went out of their way to make sure i got excellent service in a fast and efficient way. I will go no where else for computer service and would and will recommend Monster to all my friends and family. Anyone who says differently is obviously computer illiterate especially if they would recommend the geek squad :) Thanks guys for the great service and awesome machines!

COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! I took in my laptop, they quoted me a price I paid up front & 2weeks later they said they "mis-diagnosed" the problem & it was my MotherBoard, I had 2 pay the differance, I could never get a strait answer on what the status was on my laptop. The ppl that work there are COMPLETE IDIOTS! Poor work ethic, if u can't do a job then don't try 2 get paid for a half-ass job. I recomend paying the exta coin, & go 2 Geek squad. The guy that was supposed 2 be working on my laptop was named James, instead od fixin computers he writes his own reviews for rob's Buisness, LAME.

No one has a tech degree and the owner dosent know what he talking about. They never return phone calls and lost my hard drive when they charged me to "send it off" to get fixed. they informed me that i needed a new operating system so i opted for the new win 7 only to find out 30 days later it was boot legged and had to buy it again from microsoft and prove to them i wasnt bootlegging it, and since they hand write their reciept there's no proof it came from them. They also offered me a discount if i wrote a GOOD review online to counter the bad reviews they talk bad about the employees that are not there any more to push the focas away from the fact that the company as a whole is a fly by night hope you dont find out waste of your money. thier virus removal software can be downloaded for free from www.c-net.com FOR FREE and i was charged for it and they deleted and removed the antivirus programn i had on there i had payed for without asking. number 1. the transmission man in that shop is the only one that is A+ certified in that shop so dont be judging a book by the cover i am on the same page as u when i say i wouldnt take my computer there but leave the ppl who have no choice and have to take a job where one is available out of your path of criticism

This is a rip off shop. The owner Rob Knows nothing about computers. He states he is failated with the milatary. After checking with the milatary, They have never heard of him. I took my computer there to have it tuned up. Rob said it needed a new mother board. I obtained it back and took it next door to complete computers and they tuned it up in 10 min. This shop hire transmission repair menb to fix computers.Please DO NOT use this place they pick the most expensive part and gouch you and hope you go for it

This is the worst place to ever get your computer worked on, All they did was make my lap top unworkable and after being asked to bring it back multiple times the problem with it still was not fixed and now doesn't turn on and has more viruses then before me taking it in. Bad place, business, and will not recommend at all.
