Bought my car in for an oil change and diagnostics due to my engine light recently coming on. Dropped the car off at 10:30am. Did not hear anything so I called at 1:50pm. I called three time and was unable to reach anyone. I had to send my mother to stop by and she waited for ten minutes due to no one being in the office. She wandered into the back of the shop and directly spoke with the mechanic herself regarding what was going on with my car. I arrive back to the shop around 3:45pm and no work had been done on my car, not even the oil change and there was no attempt made to call me either. As such, I decided to have the additional work done else where but had to wait an hour for the oil change.

Very rude when I called and asked to speak with one of their techs. Said I shold have their cell number if I wanted to talk to him. Very unprofessional...I just wanted a quote and to see if he was available to do the job.

Had my BMW for five months to change brake pads and sensors, valve cover gasket, plugs, battery, and mass air sensor. They said that they removed the codes. Drove the car three miles. Check engine light came on brake light came on abs light came on airbag light came on. Traction control light came on. I immediately took the car back and left it with them. 2 days later no response. I'm not even sure that anything was done to the car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR IMPORT TO MURRYS IN FAYETTEVILLE... Highly disappointed and way over priced. 800 in labor alone. Bmw said for what they did I was over charged. And that's a dealership. Not to mention the oil and grease that was left on my interior.

WORST SHOP IN TOWN!Being a Veteran I try to support the businesses closer to Bragg. I have taken my vehicle to MURRAY'S twice and each time my car was worse off (inoperable) two days later, this cost me time, energy and of course More money. After speaking with the Owner Ranada and Foreman Billy it was evident that customer service/satisfaction were not a part of their mission statement or concern. This place is a Complete Rip Off. Stay Far Away.

This place will rip you off any chance they get. Stay away!!!

Had my bike for 7 months. Waited for a simple foot peg. Did not install white lights, did not run the bike. Battery went bad. Head lights had issues. Everything was fine minus cosmetic issues. Now I am out even more for things that the owner says was not their issues. Crappy service. Screws soldiers. Terrible ownership.
