This is the most horrible place to take a kid for a haircut. The employees are very rude and are never professional (always talking on their cellphones or texting )they are dirty looking and the haircuts absolutely suck. The owner doesn't care about customer service and I have never heard of charging extra money for a longer cut I mean really 15.00 is more than enough for a kids haircut, I strongly recommend going anywhere but here!

I've taken my son here for haircuts twice-both times without an appointment. We went this afternoon after errands and were turned away because they were hosting a spa party and we didn't have an appointment. Either post "appointments required" on the website or hire someone to handle walk-ins when you know you're going to have a full house. We're paying customers too. Well, we were, however, $15 for a kids haircut is steep. I put up with it because it's a kid-friendly facility but I'll be taking my business elsewhere as a result of today.

Love this place everyone is super friendly. Other peoples bad experiences and untruths will not influence us!!

I had a horrible experience today with this place..I had been a loyal customer for two years. For the past couple of haircuts something would always happen..once we had to wait an hour for a haircut without any form of reinbursement just because the owners friends children were in for haircuts with out appointments but they were put ahead of us..second time the one good hair stylist wasnt there so we had someone else do my sons hair...horrible mistake...I had to go home and try to fix his hair they did such a horrible job..! This time my son was not happy, and due to the length of time it took to complete my sons haircut they charged me an additonal 10 dollars. This is not right and very rude. Mind u i have a special needs child! They didnt have any other customers in there so Idk why it would matter if it took an additional ten minutes. During our visit the stylist kept taking text messages and personal phone calls. Dont waste your time with horrible customer service n cuts!!

I had my daughter's birthday party on this place and totally was not worth of the money I paid, first of all, EVERY LAST ONE of the three employees who attended to the little girls does not know how to entertain whatsoever, yes they did a speedy hair and nails but I expected these people TO DO THEIR JOB as part of party package to entertain children too. If youre a person who relies on others to entertain your guest because youre not comfortable doing it, Toadly Kool Me Salon is not for you. I could have paid the same amount and have lots of people instead of SIX! and gave my little girl a more fun filled party somewhere else,plus I didnt like the fact that I have to go to my computer to PRINT the e-mailed group picture myself which you would think they would have just given that to you considering the amount of money you paid oh well,I know I'm not coming back to this place for anything!
