Provided by YP.comIf I could give 1/2 a star I would. Whoever is in charge at the Fayetteville office needs to fired. I came close to running out, went and paid for a delivery, then told several times that I was placed on the route for that day, then the next day and still no gas. Ran out completely with a small child in the house during an ice storm! The only way they would bring my ALREADY paid for delivery was to charge an add'l $75 when I was told I would get my gas at a certain time, then told differently each time I called. Next winter, Parker will NOT have my business!!!

Provided by YP.comMy experience with this company has been sterling. They have always been very courteous and responsive to all my needs and concerns. As for gas logs, I was told over the phone how I could clean the pilot light and saved a service call. Thats customer service.

Provided by YPmobileI have been extremely disappointed with this companies service. I was a customer for more than four years. It generally takes 3 to 4 weeks for them to address any service issues with fireplace logs heaters etc.
The staff are very rude and short all over the phone. There is no sense of the customer being valued. There are several other gas companies in the area and I would strongly suggest that you used their service and not Parker Gas Company.

Don't waste your time on this company in Fayetteville. I was told I would have delivery made on Wednesday when I walked into the office on Friday. They knew I would keep my dogs inside all day for this delivery. No one came. I called at 5 till 5 and was told deliveries were still being made and I would have mine that evening. The individual I was talking with couldn't remember my name even after spelling it over and over again. He was busy laughing. To top it off I still did not get my delivery. When I called the next morning I was treated as though it were my fault when I called in the next day. They said it was a mistake, and that might have been true had I not called that evening. All in all a terrible experience and would not recommend this company anyone

I find it hard to believe that Dalton has the nerve to charge me for a defective tank. I have requested a new gauge or a new tank for over 10 years. If I call before the gas has run out I still have to pay for a full tank. I blame myself for not going with a different company. I guess it is time to find a reputable company to meet my needs.
