We had decided to pierce our 3 month old daughter's ears, boy was that a mistake!! When we walked in the store we began to ask the young girl some questions about her expiercence like if the go thrught some type of training and or if they get tested, and also if she had any expirence with infants. So assured us that she did and told that they and have to pass test once a year yto be certified. So we liked the way that sounded and went ahead and pierced her ears. Oh my when we were done my daughter had one earring going in the middlle of her earlobe and coming out of the BOTTOM!!! We were furious and we took the earring out and left, her ear was bleeding!!! We left in such a hurry we did even ask to speak to the manager or get our money back!! Talk about paying for a hack job!! The next day I felt like I should call and speak to the manager and let her what a terrible expierence we had, well just our luck she was on vaction. So I ended up speaking with the assistant her name is Wendy, so wasa extremely nice and very unerstanding she apologized immediatly and ask if we could bring our daughter in so she could take a look at her ear. When we did so she that she would re-pierce it herself she also advised us to wait a week or atleast until the swelling and scar tissue went down. So a week later I called back and the store manager was in so I began to speak to her about our expirence and express my concern with young girl who pireced my daughter's ears (Tiffany) she then told me that she had been piercing for awhile and NEVER recived ANY complaints, which I know to be UNTRUE!!During our conversation she did not apologize for the expierence nor did she ask how ny daughter's ears were doing!!!! So when we in to re-pierce her ears we got the Regional Managers information she will also be contacted. As far as any positive feed back I would advise them to better screen there Managers because they are who represents their company and as for the employees they need to meet higher standers.
