Hello Shane, Thank you for your review Please give me a call so we can discuss the maintenance issues you are having so we can improve for you. We have resolved the gate issue and it remains closed almost 24 hours a day.

maintenance takes forever to come out & fix any issues, & what is the point of a "gated" community when you leave the gate open for anyone to come in and out.

THIN walls, THIN walls! I do NOT NOT recommend living in this apartment complex! I just recently signed a lease, however the residents that live upstairs from me have a "grandfathered" clause where they are allowed to have pets over 75lbs (well that is what management is claiming). These dogs run throughout the apartment at all hours of the day and night (it is so loud it feels like these huge dogs are about to drop through the ceiling into my apartment). I have spoken to management on several occasions and they refuse to assist in any way because they state it is my word against the upstairs tenants; however I have nothing to gain by lying. I am very frustrated with the THIN WALLS and POOR MANAGEMENT!

Before you sign

Before you sign.

1. Do a pre move inspection the day prior and list everything you want fixed on paper. You keep a copy and give them one. By law, it has to be fixed before you move in. None of that first 5 days crap.

2. Drive by your apartment at night so you can see what it and the neighbors are like. You can see if it's has good lighting or gloomy.

3. Ask one of the staff if they live there? If they live there, that person can give you an honest opinion.

My experience:

The property overall looks nice in the front. It's kept real nice and clean. If you live in the back where there isn't much traffic, then you become second hand. Maintenance is quick to respond. They usually came out the same day. It has better parking that most places. The biggest pit fall is the property manager. She's straight up snobby. I was having issues (bugs: roaches, spiders, and centipedes) with my apartment and I made a complaints to the property manager. I wanted move to another unit and have the early enter unit transfer fee waived ($200) or have the extra amount I was paying off my rent for a view. I wasn't trying to leave the property but I was told I signed a contract and if I didn't want to make the extra amount, I would get a 30 day vacate notice. This woman had no tact or consideration for her tenants what so ever.
