I had a flight canceled last minute and had to re-book for a 5 am flight the next morning. I had a prompt response from Prestige about 6:30 pm Sunday evening for the 4 am Monday pickup. The taxi never showed up and when I called to confirm at 4:05 am, I was informed I was supposed to give him a wake up call! Very unprofessional! I will not use this taxi service again if I am in the Fayetteville area, as they are unreliable.

This company is very professional. They pick me on time always for all my trips even for my errands. I encourage you all to call them for all your rides
