The customer service I horrible. I will state that the owner is a couple, in which the wife is friendly and pleasant. Her husband, unfortunately has a disgusting attitude every time I have had to work with him. He is extremely rude, unfriendly, and noticeably condescending when he speaks. The problem here is that businesses become comfortable and complacent with their established customer base. Therefore, people seem to accept less quality and the value that should be expected when your money is involved. I will not return to this cleaners and could only hope that others will stop patronizing places where their dollars are taken for granted.
