One star is too good for these people. Don't expect your security deposit back, no matter the condition of your property. If your ac goes out mid summer, you can expect them to drag their feet for as long as possible and refuse to make it right when your house is unlivable. Every time they speak to you they'll attempt to intimidate you. They're puffed up, rude, and will cheat you. Beware of these people, they're crooked as the day is long. I wish I did. They know the burden on legal action is on the tenant and they'll abuse you as long as they can get away with it.

This company doesn't get any stars, this website just makes you put something there! First off don't believe any good reviews! This company refused to do a walk through with us when we moved out and took all $1,500 of our deposit from us to paint this house! Mind you, we WERE the very first people to rent the house and when we left, we literally spent 5 days cleaning every wall of dust and I even back filled the picture holes on the wall for them. We had the floors professionally cleaned and even had an exterminator come out to spray the wasps nests and for spiders! Upon moving in, while a lady was talking to us, another snook off to take pictures of the whole house (which is fine) but they continued to say their were too many pictures to show us and I have yet to ever see those and it had been over 15 months. Bottom line, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Prices might be good in some areas, but you'll pay at the end, trust me!

Is this company real? Website is laughably unprofessional. Pretty sure my 10 year old could have done a better job. Despite the poor first impression I tried to give them a shot. Called twice no answer. Took my house to another company that actually answers their phone!

I tried to rent a property from this agency and they kept increasing the deposit on me. Yes, I have a low credit score but they increased the deposit twice. My credit score is low due to separating from my spouse. When I separated from him, I had to take on additional financial obligations that I was not prepared for, to be a single parent of four, and work full time. I was told when they were open but the property manager was unavailable to give me any documenation that I needed to complete the lease. I really hate being given the run around and the feeling of being taken advantage of. I have property of my own too but live to far to be in my own house. Things happen to people and at no fault of their own. If I were you and are going through a similar situation, I'd definitely choose another company to rent from. Are they going to triple my deposit now? Who knows....







I think I'm psychic or something. As soon as I posted the previous comment, I was sent an email and told that even though I could come up with the two month's deposit for 6701 Seaford Dr. Fayetteville NC that I was denied and they could not help me. Well, good luck to others with life issues. I wouldn't look here if I were you!

Never having used a rental agent before, I wasn't sure what to expect with the Property Emporium. But from the minute we found a house we loved, they was wonderful to work with and amazingly thorough and prepared. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in Fayetteville looking for a house.



Also, they are super nice and gave me a few really good laughs!

We could not be more pleased with our experience with Tami Noftz and her Team. Tami was extremely professional, highly knowledgeable and very effective. We also worked closely with Tiffany and were equally pleased. Tiffany was very warm and accessible and helped us in our home search.

I really dont get why people are saying such mean things about the ladies at property emporium! I think they are all sweet as can be, never had problems with them, rentwise or other. If somethings wrong with the house I just need to call them and someone usually comes out the next day to fix it.

Horrible. The customer service...

Horrible. The customer service is unbelievable. After already moving out, they continued to extract money from our account and took over two weeks to return the money after calling everyday and being told the run around for two weeks. The property we moved into was in horrible condition- they grass looked like a jungle, the air vent filter was so built up with gunk it was moldy, the carpets were stained, the stove had never been cleaned, there was garbage and junk in the garage, along with stuff all over the porch and backyard. We cleaned and maintained the house to a very high standard. When we moved out, they charged us for the most random things- over $500 of charges when we kept the house in much better shape than when we moved in. It is dissapointing, because there were not any issues during our period of rental, but be prepared to be screwed out of your deposit just because they need the money.

All I can say about the proper...

All I can say about the property emporium is that they are awesome! When I moved here a few years back they helped me find a house for me and my family. We were given many different options that suited our needs to choose from. I have since bought another house from them that I now lease. Property emporium manages all the business with the tenant and does regular inspections to make sure that everything is ok. This is less work for me and more time for my job and family. I have since recommended them to anyone who is looking for an apartment or house!

Unsatisfactory Customer Service

I rented from this agency for my mother who was very ill with cancer. When I finally got the keys to move her in, the place was horrific, I thought I would find a dead body in the place. I am not exagerating about this at all. I took many pictures of all the disaster that was inside of this house. the back yard and the front yard was a total mess. It took many months to get the yards in a presentable order. there arent any stars to rate this company it sucks period. I paid them 1,200.00 for move in. The hall rug was bleached out and they never replaced it during the entire 1.5 years that she resided there.



The house was not suitable at the time, for my mother to move in so I asked them if they could at least clean the rug. They sent someone out to shampoo the carpet and paint the one room. Which was the living room, the service with this agency is just beyond any means good or satisfactory. I would not advise anyone who need a place to rent. to choose this agency. It is the agency from Hell, they want to rip you off for your deposit and charge you for painting that should have been for them to do in the first place. Then they want to charge for tubs not being soft scrubbed, the tubs were soft scubs. I never used ajax because of the allergines.



the house was in better shape moving out than when moving in. This house has some degree of mold which they never took care of and added to my moms illness. This company does not give good customer service, they will tell you that they will do one thing and never do it. The person in charge Tami White is not the most gracious person in the business. Rude is an understatement, I do not even like talking with her because she talks down to you as if you are ignorant. I myself own property and know how the business works, this company need to fold up and call it a day.



I am still trying to get the remainder of my money back from them when she looks for reasons to keep it. I see a law suit and a report on the news waiting to happen. So whoever rents from this company be aware of the repercussions that follow. Never have I charged a patient a fee for painting a room for move it when it is my responsibility as an agent to make the customer happy. Now I am being charged for that one room being painted before the move in. I did not know that until it was time to get my money back.



This company sucks and I really mean that with all truth. So whoever deals with this agency don't be fooled with the smiles just to real you in. When you need something afterwards it will be trully hell to get it done or your money.
