always have great service from rainbow and will use them as long as they are open.

I was extremely pleased with the service of Rainbow Florist !!! The owner , Mary was so very pleasant, helpful and courteous. Not to mention , they went out of their way to make a special , late day delivery to my daughter for her first birthday as a New Mom :) ! Very grateful..... and the flower arrangement was very BEAUTIFUL !!! Highly recommend using Rainbow Florist for any occassion.

We went with this florist based on recommendations and were disappointed. One order for a bleeding heart arrangement was explained in detail how it was to be made to the owner. It looked nothing like what was ordered. When asked, we were told she had someone else to do it which explains why the thoughts we wanted were not expressed. On another arrangement, the green was not filled in with flowers. The florist was called and they did send someone out to fix it but many had already viewed it by this time. Many of the names on the cards were misspelled and had to be redone. The cards were placed on the flowers so high, only a very tall person could read whom they were from. All the other flowers from other Fayetteville florists were without problems. Although I wrote a letter to the florist expressing my dissatisfaction. I never heard a response. It has been 3 years since my sister passed away and when I remember the visitation and how distraught I was over the flowers sent by me and other family members, I'm still upset. I would never recommend this florist.
