CLEARLY THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT LICENSED, THEY COULDN'T EVEN TELL ME WHO THE OWNER WAS, THEY ALSO LIED ABOUT HAVING SANDALS, OF COURSE UNTIL I MADE A SCENE & MAGICALLY APPEARED MY SANDALS!!!! THEY USED PAPER TOWELS TO HOLD MY TOES APART VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT GO HERE IM CALLING EVERY CORPORATE OFFICE & THE NC HEALTH DEPT THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN NOT A GOOD LOOK FOR WALMART!!

I have never been treated so rudely! I kindly asked for a clean towel instead of the dirty wet one set on the pedicure chair. I was told it was clean and got wet from the water (the water wasn't even turned on yet)... I stated that if I got a nail fungus I would sue, once I said that all hell broke loose. The male pedicurist went and got "back up". The "back up" I was told was management, he was a bully! I was told to leave by him while a woman waited behind him. The woman practically "chest bumped" me as I tried to get past her. I then asked for their business card and was told no. I was able to get it from the counter and I filed a complaint with BBB (Better Business Bureau). Which of course was a waist of time. I saw no resolution to a health concern and disrespectful behavior. Maybe with this post someone will be "saved" from the Lee "Nail Spa" and their nasty pedicures and pedicurists!
