If I could put negative stars I would. They did a mismatched paint job on each side of the cars stripes and when we pointed it out they cussed out and threatened my husband. Then held our car hostage for over 2 months by taking their time on repainting it. The Worst Customer Service I've ever seen. Please please please do not take your classic car to this place.

We have used Showgun Paint and Body Shop for years for all of our automotive body work. We used to own a used car dealership and have had multiple repairs done by them. Our daughter recently purchased a small suv that had a dent in the passenger door. We took the vehicle to Showgun, received a more than fair estimate, and within one week, Showgun had the repairs done. The body work and paint job were exemplary. They faded the paint towards each bumper and you cannot tell that the door has been repainted as you can on similar paint jobs. We were treated as well as an individual customer as we were treated when we used them for our former car business. I have recommended Showgun to friends and family and will continue to do so. Thanks for a job well done!

if you love your car or like how it looks, dont go there. They will mess it up. I took my car there after a car accident. I dropped the car off in May. They didnt give my car back until mid August. They told me to stop calling and coming to see the car because it was getting annoying. What kind of business men are they?! I run a business myself and customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Not theirs. Theirs is money. Insurance paid me for two new doors, one new fender, and one new quarter panel. Which all amounted to be about 3500 bucks. They bondoed everything and painted it. Which cost about 200 bucks if that. Tom and Diane pocketed the remaining. Moving to the work they did to the car. The paint didnt match. it had blotches everywhere. I had new bumbers put on and told me they were direct bolt on but he molded it on. He used glue and random house screws to hold the bumpers together. My headlights were sticking out and were lose. Keep in mind this car is a 2010 BMW! If i couldve gone back in time i would drive the car in the condition it was after the car accident instead of having them even touch my car. I am in the process of taking them to court. my attorney told me that couple of his clients arleady took him to court in the past and someone else is taking him to court along with me. Save the headache. All of this happened to my car May of 2011. And I am still trying to get it right. THere are parts missing from my car. The rear bumper is GONE. HE TOOK THE ACTUAL BUMPER SUPPORT OFF. only the cover is there. if i should get into a car accident right now not only would my car be torn apart but i would have serious injuries since there isnt a bumper support. THIS GUY SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS! if anyone is trying to take their car there, feel free to email me and i can show you pictures of what they did to my car. [email protected] i honestly dont recommend it. IF you think im just trolling them or something then please email me. i will show you pictures of my car. The owners names are Tom and Diane. Both are big and are married. When you go to their shop they have a black pitbull that walks around. im not just trolling. ive experienced them please contact me before you take your car there. I couldve done a better job than they did and im only 20!
