I went for an employment physical. I had to wait. It was fine. The doctor was knowledgeable, concerned, kind, and straight forward. I have made this place my primary care.

Love them but the wait is worth it

I was a first time patient at this facility, Stat Care. From the front desk staff, medical art assts, to the physician, I was treated with the most care and compassion any patient would hope for. I had to go to the hospital and the individualized care provided was incomparable. I appreciated the genuine care shown and diligence to ensure I see specialists in record time. I would recommend Stat Care 100% to everyone with medical concerns...

I arrived 5 minutes before 9 when they opened and walked in right at 9 only to find 4 people already signed in!! Needless to say I waited over an hour to be seen. The place shouldn't let people in before they open if they have a set time!

Based on my experience I WOULD NOT recommend this location or doctor. I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes before leaving and not being seen as the staff needed to draw blood left at 5pm. While I waited I heard the doctor on a personal call on his cell phone. Certainly everyone deserves to have a personal call now and then, but being in the medical field myself, if I had a patient that had been waiting 2.5 hours, there is NO WAY I would take a personal phone call. VERY POOR PROFESSIONALISM. The MAs were kind and apologetic.
