STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! This is the absolute worse company I have seen. While I'm not actually a customer of those company my Daughter and Son-in-law are. When my daughter and I viewed the house for the first time, we were told SPM had just signed the management agreement. So the agent had not been able to do a walk-through. The house was disgusting. We were told before she moved in the house would be cleaned. The day before my son-in-law was due to arrive, the house had not been touched. Now mind you he's bringing everything they own from S. FL. My daughter had to scramble to get a cleaning service, no way just the 2 of is could have cleaned it on time. The carpet had not been cleaned the gutters were full of pine needles. All things that according to the contract must be done if you want your deposit back. When my daughter brought it to SPMs attention they treated her like she was just complaining for no reason. FINALLY after showing the office manager the pictures she took part the house. Not to mention the contract states the property will be clean carpets, gutters
.. etc when the renter receive the keys. Additionally alll of those things are required to be completed to her deposit back when they move out. The agents are notorious for not responding to your calls, stating they never got your message. This is very much a do as I say not as I do company. Again my advice would be to STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

It his is the worst company I have dealt with. They promised to call back and you never hear from them. I was dealing with the supervisor who promise to take care of a concern I had with my property, never heard from her. There should be somewhere that we can report this company. You are paying them for nothing.

Do not list your house for sale or rent with this company! You can NEVER get your agent on the phone or to return a phone call or email! I called everyday for two weeks straight and did not receive a single return call. I finally got a manager on the phone who was completely rude and told me I was lying about calling every day and not being called back. I can't get them to answer my emails about my property either!

Terrible response time and communication. Very difficult to get in touch with and when you do, it's excuse after excuse as to why they can't answer your questions or why it takes so long for them to handle a simple issue. We've spoken to everyone from the receptionist to the property managers to the broker in charge and have had the same problems.
