I used to like coming here but infortunately i had a bad experience with them just now. I called them a few days ago regarding prices of their services, i was just wondering if anything changed because i haven't gone for quite a while. Then i had to call again because im thinking of another service that i forgot to ask. Now, this morning, i called to ask if they do a particular service that my friend recommended. The lady who answered was soooo rude and told me "Yes, u called many times, we have it, what do u want" in a very mean tone. I was planning on bringing friends over for a "nail day" but its okay, never mind, i can bring our business somewhere else. The point is, it doesn't matter if i call a hundred times, as a customer, i don't deserve to be treated rudely just because i caled more than 2x. Part of customer service is answering any question the customer may have and in a courteous manner for that matter.
