JUST TERRIBLE! I asked for my hair a certain way and showed them a picture and yet they did not do my hair to a desire! Then I told my mom and my mother tried to get them to fix it...and the owner started an argument with my mother. Completly unprofessional! If you want bad service get your hair done here. I wasted $150 on hairstyle that I dislike with a passion! This is a warning; This shop has bad service do not get your hair done here.

This place is HORRIBLE! I would never go here. The people have a nasty attitude. I went in to get a wash, after the lady told me over the phone that I could come in right now, I did so, and the lady told me no I could not come in after saying stuff back and forth to each other! Don't waste your money on these people! EVER! I wouldn't even if I was in major need of something done. If I could give ZERO stars, that's what they would receive!

This salon is a horrible business. I went to get my hair micro braided June 7, 2012 and my braids already look a month old. They did the front the size of a regular micro braid but the back and the middle are the size of box braids. I told the owner Tenin because she is the one who braided my hair that she needed to braid past my hair because it's in its natural state and is curly. I go home to check her work and she didn't braid past my hair she actually knotted the micro hair around my hair on each and every braid. She is extremely unprofessional and her staff is rude. I wasted my time and money because I have to get someone to redo my braids. The shop was nasty and had bugs crawling around and I am currently in the process of reporting this shop to the health department and to whatever board in north carolina about their practices. Do not waste your time or money at this shop. They do not respect their clients and they do not give their customer what they ask for. I hope this shop gets closed down.

This place was awful!! It was the worst salon experience of my life!! The job was mediocre and the customer service was horrible!! The owner of the place , Tenin, who is the main person that braids hair in the salon was rude. First she kept having to leave while braiding my hair, then she brought in her daughter, who I am pretty sure was NOT licensed to help with my hair. Needless to say the daughter was doing an awful job on my hair and when I started to say something the owner blew up at me and yelled at me to leave the salon. In addition her daughter was EXTREMELY rude!!! The customer service was awful, the braiding at first was not bad, but just a couple of days after the service one my braids was already loose!!! and this is after Tenin had to redo the nonsense that her daughter did in my hair, after she argued with me that her daughter has been braiding sense she was knee high. plus the place is not too sanitary and they had cockroaches. Bottom line, I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place AT ALL. ok braids but poor customer service. You can find another place in fayetteville that does just as good of a job with way better customer service. Don't waste your time! it's not worth the stress and disrespect.
