This was my first apartment when I moved out of my mom's place.

I lived here about 5 years, and I never had a big problem with crime or bugs.

However, annual inspections were a pain in the *ss, as well as pop-up maintenance routines.

Sometimes the maintenance men would just enter your home without telling you, but for the most part, everyone is friendly and they get things done in a decent timeframe.

It is income-based, and I was a full-time student with little to no income, so I didn't pay any rent.

I believe a 2 bed, 1 bath is about $600 per month.

I lived by the older folks, so they didn't bother me.

The office has monthly activities for the residents.

The laundry room is ok, but it is not free.

I would recommend this neoghborhood to someone who is just trying out housing on their own for a small family looking for a starter home.
