April Smith. Where do I start? She is a character. She acts as if she will give her 100% but after you secure the retainer, she falls back. She has a big attitude I will admit but she is money motivated...throughout my case she always referred back to the financial part of things. She charges you if you call and speak to the receptionist who is her lesbian cousin. I mean 15-30 bucks for a two min conversation. Her assistant Dina is really nice and I often felt bad for her the way April would speak to her. I understand lawyers can be busy but there is a way to speak to people and still accomplish your tasks....Dina is very calm and mild mannered so she would pretty much let it slide. April does is in one of the joking but serious kind of ways. I want to give details but it would reveal my identity. Not sure my real name would show so I used an alias but all I can say is do not elect her or hire her. Someone in the courtroom saw me and pulled me to the side and said to fire her. It spoke volumes...this is not paid or fake. So I hope it goes a long way and if you hire her I hope your experience is different
