The facility reeks of urine in certain corridors. The food preparation is atrocious. The rehabilitation staff are NOT providing adequate hygiene care to the senior patients. Members of the cleaning staff are STEALING from the senior patients' rooms while they are sleeping or away. Most of the patients are hesitant to report these conditions and crimes for fear of retaliation from the staff. These SERIOUS ISSUES need to be IMMEDIATELY addressed to the State Attorney's Office and Health Department. There is NO EXCUSE for allowing this to happen. The Village Green Director and Senior Staff should be held accountable for these DEPLORABLE CONDITIONS and criminal activities!
