I live here in town and I had driven by TLC for months finally when I went when I needed my car to get inspected. Thats when I had my first problem with TLC, when I spoke to the female at the she was rude, period. That doesn't normally bother me so I ignored it, she asked me what year my car was and I told her, "Im not sure Im positive it's either a 95' or a 96', but Im not sure." So when the man who inspected my vehicle told her it was a 96' she replied to him (while I was sitting right in front of her) "She lied through her teeth, she told me it was a 95'." That pissed me off, so I told the man what I had really said, and he assured me not to worry about it.



I came back a few weeks later and had my car re-inspected and along with that I asked for just the basics vacuum and wash, 13$. When I came back I got in my car and looked around, it was horrible there was cereal in between the seats still, things that are easily reachable with a vacuum. Now I know I may have a 96' Geo Metro but that doesn't mean my money isn't just as good as some one else who has a 2010 Mustang GT. I dont care how old or unattractive my car is, when you're doing your job you should do it to the best of your ability.



Still once again I decided that I should give them one more chance, maybe it was just an off day for the vacuum guy. So on my birthday June 4th I took my car in again to get the interior cleaned, vacuumed and and outside wash. Nothing had changed, in fact they left my car mats in the back seat (un-vacuumed mind you) in a pile. I will never, never go to TLC on Skibo Rd. ever again. After three chances I don't think Im being unreasonable, I would have given TLC no stars but I wasn't able to.

I am a frequent customer at this company and just because you had a wiper torn off your vehicle as it clearly states the company is not responsible. ALSO they are kind enough to try to protect your wiper blade with a plastic coating to reduce the chances of it breaking. So the real conclusion of your story is YOUR WIPER BLADE SUCKS. Not there fault everyone please ignor this review and keep coming for GREAT SERVICE and GOOD CLEANING!

I took my car through the car wash and my rear wiper was brokne off. I got the runaround for 5 days before I ever got a call back from a manager. I had to pay out of pocket to replace the wiper due to pending travel, and was told I would not be reimbursed for the repair cost but would be given a free detail job worth the cost of my repairs. I KNOW the value of the detail job is not worth the value of the repairs, and there is no way I would trust my vehicle to go through the wash again. I was disappointed with the customer service I received when I called every day to speak with a manager, and dissatisfied with the lack of a damage claim process.

I have been a customer of this business for years and I am always satisfied with my service, they have to most polite happy people working there and i would reccommend this place to everyone for carwashes, Oil changes & inspections. THEY ARE THE BEST!!

TOOK MY BEAMER HERE SINCE THE PLACE I USUALLY GO TO WAS CLOSED. WORST DECISION. THEY BARELY DRIED OFF THE CAR, IT WAS STILL DIRTY AND IT HAD WAX ALL OVER. I WAS VERY PISSED OFF, CURSED THEM OUT, TRIED GETTING MY MONEY BACK AND THE MANAGER PRETTY MUCH BLEW ME OFF. I EVEN CALLED THE COPS....WAX WAS ON THE PLASTIC OF MY DOOR..IT WAS HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE.

I'LL STICK TO MY OLD PLACE OR DO IT MYSELF AT HOME.
