The BMW 335i has fuel pump failure from the factory. It is a documented issue, therefore, addressed as a warrenty repair. My fuel pump failed on my 335i and I did not have a car to get to work. I called valley BMW to help with this problem and hit a brick wall. I was told that they could not do anything because of them being booked. No courtesy cars available and the wait was two weeks. The service rep told me, " hey guy, just rent one or go to lieth bmw." If this issue was taken seriously like corporation projected then I would of been taken care of immediately. Instead I was told to go somewhere else. I'm giving this dealer a one star because of their poor customer service and their inability to solve issues.
