It has been a horrific experience dealing with the management !! john Hubbard the General Manager is ignorant, rude, and the most noncompromising, unreasonable person in upper management that I have ever encountered. I ordered two pair of glasses, only received one, came back numerous times to pick up the second pair and after my third trip asked them to give me a call when they were ready. I never recieved a call. I stopped in two more times to be told the glasses couldn't be located. I asked them each time to give me a call when they found them. Honestly, after that I forgot about the second pair until I was due for my eye exam. I went back and spoke to someone while I was getting my eye exam. He informed me that my glasses were no longer there because the order was too old. I informed him that I never received a reminder call and that I came on numerous occassions to retrieve them. He stated that he would have to talk to his manager and get back with me, but most likely they would discount my next pair for the difference. I told him I would be right next door getting an eye exam. Upon completion of my eye exam, I checked back in and he stated that he had not been able to reach him, but when he does he would contact me. A few weeks went by and I went back in to meet the General Manager from HELL. A young lady was helping me and I told her I wanted to get some new glasses. She asked me for my name. I began telling her that I have a new prescription, but I want the same pair I purchased previously, but never received. John Hubbard, interuptted our conversation and begin repeating over and over this order was from 2010, it is too old. When I attempted to interject what my experience had been he refused to listen. I asked him for my money back, he stated that it was too old, I asked him for the same pair of glasses he continued to say the same thing over and over again. Finally, out of exasperation I stated "Am I going to have to sue to get ANYTHING in exchange for the money I have already tendered?" He immediately went to the register and sprinted back to give me his business card and told me to sue him. I couldn't believe it! I attempted to be rational continued to attempt to reach a compromise, but he called the cops on me and told everyone in the store not to help me. I was livid. They have the WORST customer service, they didn't call me to let me know when my order was in, they misplaced my order at some point between the third and fourth trips made to pick them up, and then have the audacity to tell me FINALLY my order is too old! I have never been subjected to such shady business practices. They took my money and refuse to give me ANYTHING in return!
