Good physician, horrible staffing.



I've been a patient of Dr. V for several years and can't complain about the quality of his care. However, his staff are horrifyingly inept. Most notably, his personal assistant has a policy to respond to her newest emails and phone messages first. On multiple occasions, I have sent urgent messages and medical requests to her which have been ignored due to this policy.

Moreover, the office's general attitude could be described as a snooty group of middle-aged women who think they are too important to help anyone.

Sure, there are exceptions in the bunch, but that doesn't make up for the rotten feeling one has when dealing with the administrative support staff. They clearly want to put in the least effort imaginable in each and every task.



Finally, everyone is always "out to lunch" or "in a meeting." Last week, for example, on the last day the office was open prior to thanksgiving, the office manager was "out at lunch" all afternoon until shortly before closing.. at which point she still did not answer her phone.



Horrible office dragging down a decent doctor.
