We rented a house through this company for two years only to have ourselves jerked around. The house became inhabitable, boards were rotting out, holes were forming in the ceiling, and there was a slug infestation that Ron Williams, the property manager, kept saying would be fixed. For 6 months he continually said that he would be sending someone out. After we signed our lease to live in the house for the third year, a couple weeks later we were told the homeowner refused to sign and that we would be going month to month from now on. We turned in our thirty days notice and were told we'd be refunded the prorated amount since we moved out before the first of the next month. We did a walk through through the house and I was told that we'd be responsible for a couple holes in the way here and there. When it was time for the company to write me a check for my security deposit, the told me I was responsible for a rip in the vinyl (which was already there from the homeowner and was said to be 'made note of' when the house was shown to me. There are also no receipts of when the vinyl was even installed.), a vine in the lawn and the holes in the wall. When I went to receive the check, Ron Williams did not have the money from the prorated rent on the check. He told me simply 'he did not refund that money unless the tenant asks'.



Long story short, stay away from this company. They are highly unethical and will not stand up for you against a difficult homeowner.
