Provided by YP.comI had a slight misunderstanding with this company at the beginning of our business relationship but as soon as Keith, the owner got wind of my issue he promptly rectified the situation and I could not be happier. I look forward to doing business with this company again in the future. Very impressed with the values this company has.

Provided by YP.comI bought my 2014 Chevy Silverado already lifted with 20" Fuel rims and tires, after only 11,000 miles the chrome on one of the rims started peeling. I called the Chevy dealer and since I was the second owner they would not replace the rim. I personally emailed Fuel they told me the same thing. I went to Wilson Off Road and talked to Shawn, he called his rep at Fuel and explained the problem, Fuel agreed to replace the rim at no charge. Shawn's knowledge of four wheel drive accessories and his personal relationship with his vendors is second to none! I will not go anywhere else for my off road needs!

Provided by YP.comFrom start to finish, my experience with Wilson Off Road was nothing short of excellent. All the guys that I met that work there are great and straightforward, and they do quality work at a fair price. They also make it a point of not trying to sell you anything that you don't want or aren't completely happy with, a business practice i very much respect and don't see enough of these days. They installed a BDS 6" suspension lift kit, 35" tires and 17" rims in a day and a half, and the owner even stayed around a while after regular business hours so I could come pick up my truck in the evening after work. Honestly, I can't see myself going to any other shop but Wilson Off Road in the future. You guys are the greatest!

Provided by YP.comI recently added a 3” BDS lift with Fox Shocks and 35’s to my 14JK. Wilson’s Off Road Staff helped me choose the right lift and tires for my off-road needs. I could not be happier with the service that was provided by Wilson Off Road. Exceeded my expectations. Clearly the best 4X4 shop in Fayetteville

Provided by YP.comWilson Off Road is one of the best shops I have ever been too! Shawn and Cliff are friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my brother's Wrangler in for a minor repair and they were happy to take on a simple job. Later when the brakes failed I had the Jeep towed back to Wilson where there did a thorough job investigating the problem and walking me through what was needed. Since they were so honest and competent I asked them to repair the exhaust leak too. Their pricing is fair and they are clear about explaining what they will do. Thanks Wilson's!!!

Provided by YP.comMy family has three Wranglers and I have had them all serviced and customized at Wilson Off Road. Before finding Keith I had been to other shops around NC and was never completely satisfied. The guys at Wilson Off Road give me options and fully explain the products and process. They are very customer service oriented. I travel so I could go to any shop but Keith has earned my loyalty. I strongly recommend the business.

Provided by YP.comI discovered Wilson Off Road about seven years ago. I was impressed by every aspect of the new business. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and always provide me with options when available. I feel involved in the decisions made about the work done on my vehicle. Unlike other shops I have used over the 25 years I have been a vehicle owner, at Wilson Off Road, I never leave the shop equiped with something I didn’t need or the feeling that I was duped and overcharged. An honest shop is hard to find. Most everyone knows this. That’s why Angie’s list was created. Mr. Wilson’s knowledgeable and proffessional staff have actually saved me money several times. Everyone at Wilson Off Road is very hospitable and makes a customer feel at home there. The business has grown from a hometown business to one that people come from out of state to use. I can see why. I will never go anywhere else with my 4x4 vehicles. Wilson Off Road is the best. Hands down!

Provided by YP.comI took my 02 Chevy Tahoe with 6" lift and worn out 35" tires into Wilson Offroad for a front end inspection prior to putting new tires on it. Keith warned me up front what all could be wrong so there wouldn't be any surprises that afternoon-tie rods, pitman arm, steering link, UCA's...the list goes on. The truck had a lot of play in the front end, felt loose and the wheels wobbled over bumps.
I went back that afternoon to pick it up only to be told it was a couple loose bolts and everything had plenty of wear left on it! I was so happy to hear that and thought what a standup company this is! Most shops would tell you that you need this and that just to get money out of you...Not Wilson-They are stand up guys with an honest mechanic! He told me I just needed new tires and that would fix most of my drive issues.
I also ended up getting new wheels and tires from them as they gave me the best deal-just as good as what I could find on the internet! These guys are great and know there stuff! Thanks again Wilson and crew!

Provided by YP.comI took my 12 year old Dodge Ram which was a basket case that had not been driven in 2 years. I also took to them a cab full of parts that needed replaced. Wilson Off-Road was able to fix EVERY one of my problems. Even when a manufacturer of a part flat out refused to give them support for a defect in their product they knuckled down and came up with logical and professional solution for the problem that was not only better than what had initially came with the product but was tremendously more safe. All of the wiring, installation of parts and services performed where completed cleanly and professionally. They even discovered several issues with installs that Wilson Off-Road had no part of of which they corrected, updated and made safer. Thank You Wilson Off-Road. No one else will touch my truck EVER again.

Provided by YP.comI went to this shop over the other ones in the Fayetteville / Raleigh area because of the good reviews, and so far I have not been disappointed. They are very willing to explain options to you and sell you what you can afford, without pressuring you to buy what you can't afford. I'm so tired of going places where people try and force a big sale on you, and the laid-back atmosphere of Wilson Offroad was a breath of fresh air.

Provided by YP.comThis is by far the best place to go for tires, equipment, advice, etc. I had purchased 35" tires for my truck online and had them shipped to my house, brought them down there to get mounted just to find out they were too big and wouldn't fit. Rather than just telling me I was S.O.L. they signed my tires from me and are currently selling them on their showroom floor so I can use that money to purchase ones that will actually fit. I have family members that wouldn't have gone out on a limb like that for me. It is truly a blessing to find a business that isn't interested solely in your money but mostly in your satisfaction and the level of service they provide. I wouldn't go anywhere else for anything ever again whether that be to fix a flat tire or change my oil.

Provided by YP.comI've been to other off road shops up and down the east coast and this one by far is the best off road shop I've been to. The guys there at Wilson Off Road are on top of it. Shawn (the guy up front) helped me pick the best stuff I could possible get for what I wanted to spend, not what they wanted me to spend. The mechanic are top notch I've had no issues with the stuff they installed on my jeep even after several years and multiple trips to Uwharrie. When I wanted to install the products I got, they even schooled me on a few issues I may run into to help me install it. I call these guys every time my jeep breaks down ( even if i want to fix it, they help me out. I highly recommend Wilson Off Road to anyone not just the 4wheel drives out there. This is the kind of shop i would drive across the state to get to. They do it right the first time every time.
