We are terribly sorry about your experience. It is best for patients to use the number for The Family Medicine Center, 678-0100 to make an appointment or inquire about a health related matter with their doctor. Our main number, 323-1152, is more difficult to get through because it has to be answered, then transferred to the appropriate department (Regional Education and Information Services, Medical Library, The Family Medicine Center, etc.) Because we receive the largest volume of calls in the mornings, during lunch (between noon and 1 p.m.) and on Mondays, these are the hardest time to get through. Calls are answered in the order they are received, and continue to ring in the "que" until answered by one of the staff members in the message center. If you are having difficulty getting through, please do no hesitate to call me in the Marketing/Public Affairs office at 678-7269. Thank you for your feedback to help us improve our services.

This is the worst office to get in contact with, everytime you call to talk to a staff member the phone just rings, rings, and rings. This makes it very hard for patients and other doctor's offices to get orders or call for questions and schedule appointments!!!
