Provided by YP.comThere are several earlier negative reviews. My experience is opposite. None of the events described ever happened to me. I order refills on their portal and they are handled right away. If there are problems, I always get an immediate call. My doctor is quite OK. Test follow-up is exemplary and the nurse is very helpful. Receptionists are always polite and responsive. I have never waited for seeing the provider more than 10 minutes. When my doctor was not available in one or two urgent cases I was sent to another practice in the same building and they arranged the appointment.
It seems other revivers visited a different practice. Or maybe their own behavior prompted uncalled-for response from the staff.

Provided by YP.comFirst off, I was prescribed a medication that was no longer manufactured. And, that prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy after I verbally confirmed the correct pharmacy multiple times via phone. I ended up having to call the office 3-5x per week, as well as going through the online portal message system, to get a new prescription (this is now three months of frustration after being prescribed). The new prescription? A) sent to the wrong pharmacy B) ALSO NO LONGER MANUFACTURED. It was the same exact (discontinued) drug with a different name. More phone calls, multiple times per week.
Secondly, I needed titers showing immunity to attend school. I handed the nurses a specific list of what I needed in January. I attend school in July. In May, after months of getting immunizations redone (as I was not immune) and re-titered, I was ready to fill out and submit the paperwork for school. I faxed the paperwork over and had to resend it TWICE because the nurse had not filled out the paperwork in it's entirety. Each time I specifically listed the information that was left out and it was ignored. While going through the paperwork, I noted that one titer was left out each time. The nurse informed me that I had not had it done. The titer was for Hep B (which takes months to go through the vaccination process if not immune). I asked to get the titer done in January. The nurses ran a different test in error instead (to check for an active infection, not immunity). In my portal, the test appeared in abbreviated form as negative, so I assumed it was correct. Now, in MAY before I attended school in JULY, I had to be re-titered, re-immunized, and re-titered again under a time crunch. I nearly did not make the deadline to attend school.
