Can't make an appointment by phone. Owner texts you back when she feels like it (could be several days), yet she texts while she is doing your hair! Most people consider that rude. She has no sense of professionalism or customer service and essentially treats you as if you are lucky to be there. Which you probably are considering she thinks nothing of turning you away if something comes up for her. No wonder she has her own salon, no salon owner would keep her!
